How our Flat Fee Program works: 


Same MLS as 6% agents use but for a lot less money. Your listing looks the same as all other listings.  Your uploads to sites like Realtor.com, Zilllow, Trulia etc. are the same.  Your exposure is the same.  The more exposure you get, the better off you are and you can't beat this exposure.  It is great.  
* Sell Private Party and pay no buyer agent commission.  Zero commission that is every seller's dream.  When Buyers ask you about your property - we send the info right to you so that you can contact them directly.  
* Buyer agents bring buyers directly to you and you offer to pay them 2-3% - The Commission is stated in the MLS for all agents to see.  This makes it convenient for you.
 In Brief, instead of paying 6% - which is $6000 of every $100,000 of sales price.  You only pay 2%, 2.5% or 3% if there is a Buyer's Agent representing the Buyer.  So you save at least one half to two thirds of the traditional commission.  You will pay $2000, $2500 or $3000 on each $100,000 of sales price instead of $6000.  And you could get a Private Party sale.  We refer Buyers that ask about your home directly to you.  You can show them your home and save all the commission.  Zero commission!  We sell alot of those.  We believe potential sellers should see how well we sell.  Please go to www.gomlsrealty.com and see the sold properties!  This is a great system!  Save alot of commission or save all the commission.
