* Once you've decided which listing option you want to use and you sign up online or by phone, we will email the listing paperwork to you. This will be done during business hours.
* You will print the listing documents and fill them out. You can scan or fax them back over to us, along with emailing your photos numbered in the order you want them to appear.
* Within 24 hours of receiving your paperwork, we will activate your listing.
* After the listing is active, you will receive an email with a printout of how your listing appears. You will review and let us know if there are corrections or modifications that you would like made.
* If you choose to add the lockbox we will mail one to you along with packaging to mail it back.
