#2 - You find a home listed "By REALTOR®"

Why should an agent get a big commission if you did all the work in finding the home? Contact Home Avenue when you have found a home listed by another broker and we will rebate you 1% of the home sale price after closing.

Home Avenue will represent you throughout the transaction from drafting the purchase forms and providing loan officer, inspection and closing company referrals to attending the closing.

How You Save:
Receive 1% of sale price cash rebate. Note: Rebate does not apply to Home Avenue listed properties.



#3 - Full Service buyer representation

Let us take all the home buying worries off of your mind. We will actively search all the MLS listed properties, email you with new and changed listings and schedule/attend showings. When you find the perfect home your agent will provide you with pricing data, skilled negotiation and referrals to great home inspectors, etc.

How You Save:
If you buy and sell with us receive a rebate of $500 per hundred thousand cash rebate.
