How our Flat Fee Program works: 

Same MLS as 6% agents but for a lot less money. Your listing looks the same as all other listings.
* Sell BY OWNER and pay no Buyer Agent commission. (Make sure the potential buyer hasn't signed a contract with a Buyer Agent.)
* You offer a commission to Buyer Agents in the MLS Listing. (Commissions are negotiable by law. Average commission offered is 2-3%).
Buyer Agents bring buyers to see your home by appointment according to your instructions to them.
* Buyer Agent writes purchase contract & negotiates directly with you. After contract is signed Buyer Agent sets up appointments for inspections, bank appraisal etc. with you.
* Deposit held by Buyer Agent's Brokerage or your Attorney.
* Closing held at Attorney's office.
