How our Flat Fee Program works:
 
* We are your listing agent for a flat fee.
* If a buyer agent brings you a buyer then a commission to the buyer agent will be paid at closing. The commission you pay is up to you, normally 1-3%.
* You can still sell as a for sale by owner and should your property sell this way, you will pay no buyer agent. If you do one of our full service plans we still represent you as your listing agent.
