2. After you submit payment, you will then be directed to the Listing Steps.
3. You will download the forms, fyou can scan and email to me at rickakestate@gmail.com).
4. Your sign and lockbox will be shipped to you within 24-48 hours.
5. Once we have received all your documents and photos, we will have your home listed within 24 - 48 hours.
6. Once we have your home listed, we will email you a copy of your listing for you to check for accuracy. If we need to make any corrections we'll do so quickly. You're now on the way to selling and saving thousands of your hard earned dollars in commission!
