We normally have you listed within 1-2 business days after we receive the paperwork with all required information filled in & photos.
We normally ship the sign a couple of days after activation.  We set up a single property website with a special code for your property.  This cannot be done till after the property is listed.
Yes, we put your contact info on the MLS for agents to call you if they have questions or want to make an appointment.
Agents will email us a copy and we will forward to you.  We will either send a summary of the offer in email or call to go over the offer with you.
You may keep a For Sale By Owner sign.  The sign provided by us will have the company name and number required by state law on all REALTOR signs.  It will also have a Text code for prospective clients to text for information.
We have 28 years experience in the Real Estate industry.  We have been doing flat fee listings in Louisiana since 2007.
When clients listen to our suggestions, it is 100%. The key to selling a home is the list price. If you list your home too high, it will most likely not sell.
Our normal business hours are 9-5 M-F and 9-12 noon on Saturday. However we do check emails during non-business hours 7 days a week.
It is posted on the MLS for agents to see.
Yes, you may cancel your listing at anytime, unless your home is under contract.
No, only a licensed REALTOR® who is member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and the local MLS board can list on the MLS. There is no other way.
You only pay the flat fee at time of listing.  You will pay the buyer's agent commission that you have decided on in your listing contract at closing if there is a Buyer's agent involved in the sale. The recommended commission is at least 2.5%.  If you sell the home yourself no other fees are due at closing.

Due to Louisiana's Minimum service requirement we take a small percentage from the above commission. (.20% above $400,000, .25% from $100,000 to $399,999, .375% from $50,000 to $99,999.)  The state has placed into law that every listing agent must do certain things and represent their client.  All offers must come through our office, we will go over them and send a summary or discuss the offer, counter, inspection repair request, etc. with you and look over your responses and send them to the buyers agent if you have chosen the Showcase package. For Premium we fill out the responses.
The buyer's agent and title company do most of the paperwork on offers, but we are here to assist.  All offers sent from a Real Estate agent will come through us and we will go over the offer with you.

If you order a Premium Package we not only go over your choices but fill out the counter offers and other responses then send them to you for electronic signatures.

If there is no agent involved and you wish to have us look at the offer and discuss the options, we are available.
Many sellers do use this option. However, some have never heard of listing for a flat fee and some feel there is some catch or it is too good to be true. The more research you do, you will see this is the best way to sell a property.

Your MLS# is generated at the time we list your property on the MLS. Once listed we will email you copy of your MLS listing.
No, as your listing looks just like all other listings on the MLS. You are listed the exact same way as all other listings. How much money you pay us to list your property is not posted on the MLS and agents are not concerned with how much you paid us, they are only concerned with how much money they will make.
At this time only the New Orleans and Baton Rouge MLS areas are covered by our service.  This covers much of Southeast Louisiana.  Please feel free to call to see if other areas of the state have been added or if we can help you find a local agent that offers flat fee listings in your area.
