How does Flat Fee Listing work?

Listing on the MLS for a flat fee is the exact same thing as listing with a 6% REALTOR®. We are REALTORS®. Your listing will look exactly the same as all other listings. This is perfect for everyone looking to sell their property. We will give you first class service for a fair price. 

How Long does it take to get listed?

After receiving paperwork and photos we will have you listed within 1-2 business days.

How long before I receive the sign and lock box?

We want to meet you! We will come by to set up the sign within a few business days. 

Whose phone number will be on the MLS and sign?

The MLS listing and sign will display the agent’s contact information. All leads can be forwarded to the Seller in an attempt to avoid paying a Buyer agent commission or we will be happy to handle those leads for you. The choice is yours!

Who will agents contact about an offer?

Agents will present the offer to us. We will contact you and go over the offer. We will be happy to answer any questions and give expert advise. 

What is your success rate?

When clients listen to our suggestions, it is 100%. The key to selling a home is to have it marketed and priced correctly. Having an experienced agent on your side can make all the difference in many scenarios! 

What are your business hours?

Our normal business hours are 9-7 M-F and 9-12 noon on Saturday. However, we do check texts/emails during non-business hours 7 days a week.  If you ever have a question please call or text my cell phone 501-580-2439. 

How do buyer agents know how much commission we are offering?

It is posted on the MLS (Muliple Listing Service) for agents to see.

Can I cancel listing at anytime and list with another agent?

Yes, you may cancel your listing at anytime unless your home is under contract. Although we don't foresee any reason for you to cancel, we will never hold your hand to the fire! 

Can I personally list my property on the MLS without a REALTOR®?

No, only a licensed REALTOR® who is member NAR (National Association of Realtors) and the local MLS board can list on the MLS. There is no other way.

Who handles the contracts and paperwork?

We have all the necessary contracts and forms to get you from start to end. All forms are easily signed with a smart phone, tablet or computer. We are happy to walk you through everything and answer any questions. 

Why doesn't everyone list their property with a flat fee?

Many sellers do use this option. However, some have never heard of listing for a flat fee and some feel there is some catch or it is too good to be true. The more research you do, the more you will see this is the best way to sell a property.

When will I receive my MLS#?

Your MLS# is generated at the time we list your property on the MLS. Once listed we will email you a link to your listing and your MLS number.

Will buyer's agents be reluctant to show my property listed like this?

No, as your listing looks just like all other listings on the MLS. You are listed the exact same way as all other listings. How much money you pay us to list your property is not posted on the MLS and agents are not concerned with how much you paid us, they are only concerned with how much money they will make.
