We provide all the necessary contracts, forms, disclosures and addendums needed to get you from where you are now to the closing and sale of your home. Everything is very simple and is done electronically through a computer, ipad or smart phone. We only use only state approved contracts provided by the real estate commission and approved contracts by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. 

We will be happy to come to your home to meet you. We are happy to answer any questions you might have and give you feedback on your home.

If they do not your home from the pictures the odds of them coming to see it in person are little to none. It is worth the small amount of extra money to have professional photos done.
