Flat Fee MLS Listing Plans

We retain 0.1% at closing.  Whatever you offer in yur TOTAL commission beyond that is paid to the buyer's broker.  For example, if you offer a TOTAL commission of 2.75%, we retain 0.1% and 2.65% is paid to the buyer broker.  

Max number of photos allowed by MLS:

• Number of photos vary per MLS. It's normally 25-50 photos

Listing term depends listing plan.
You may cancel listing at anytime, for any reason, unless your home is under contract. 
The MLS does not allow us to cancel, if a property is under contract.

We provide all necessary contracts, forms, disclosures, and addendums needed to sell or lease your property.

We are here to make this an easy processs.  Call us with listing questions Monday through Friday between 9-5.  

We will send you a PDF printout of the MLS listing, which can be used in flyer boxes, etc. 

Any email or phone leads we get, we give them your contact information.
The potential buyer/Tennant will contact you directly, so you may deal directly with them and NOT pay any commissions.
