Upon successful offer and acceptance we will work with the title companies or closing agents to arrange your documents, review your financial HUD statements and ensure a smooth close of escrow and transfer of title. The HUD document is the most challenging document you will find at the closing table. We will have reivewed it and checked it for accuracy (making sure you get the right amount of money) and assist you with questions before closing.
