The sellers who need MLS access, we supply the forms, put you into the MLS and forward all calls/emails/inquiries to you. YOU negotiate with the buyers directly and supply us with all the forms that are required by the State once you accept an offer. We will collect the documents up to close and review them only. $250 premium for any house listed between $600,000 and $749,999 for our extended errors, ommission and liability insurance policy.
