You may cancel listing at anytime, for any reason, unless your home is under contract. 
The MLS does not allow us to cancel, if a property is under contract.

We will list you on your local MLS (Multiple Listing Service).  This will be the exact directory that your local Realtors use and that your competitors (other local homes for sale) are listed on.  Buyers will be able to find your listing on public sites that upload from the MLS. We refer all buyer leads that come to us to you so you can have the opportunity to sell without a buyer's agent.
