Our Full-Service Realtor package is for sellers who want the ultimate marketing package! Includeds all of what is included in our Showcase and Premium Plans, but then we add access to experienced, professional broker for pricing CMA's, showing follow-up and marketing suggestions, negotiation assistance including counter offers and net sheets, inspection and closing follow-up, and review of closing documents. All the service without all the cost! We charge an additional .85% of the sales price at closing.
