Upon successful offer and acceptance we will work with the title companies or closing agents to arrange your documents, review your financial HUD statements and ensure a smooth close of escrow and transfer of title. The HUD document is the most challenging document you will find at the closing table. We will have reivewed it and checked it for accuracy (making sure you get the right amount of money) and assist you with questions before closing.
Automated Showing service will allow buyer and agents to make appointments with you the seller directly and you can respond with a yes, no or propose another time. It's NOT available in the Tucson MLS.
You will have access to our contrat admin who will keep you informed of inspections, scheduling and more.
Let the Broker review all of the contracts for you when an offer does come in. We have new contracts in Feb 2017 and we know what to look for and where agents and buyers will sneak extra fees into the offer, like HOA transfer fees, Home Warranty Fees, TItle fees and seller concessions. We will navigate these issues with you!
