Photos in MLS
We will upload photos onto the MLS and add a description of each photo if supplied. Use the best photos that you feel you have as to attract a buyer since these photos will be upoaded to both Realtors and Buyers.

Listing term depends listing plan.

For Sale Sign
We use a traditional "For Sale Sign" to ensure that other agents show your listing and don't boycott the flat fee listings. We pride ourselves on not trying to "advertise" our own business, but advertising YOUR HOME FOR SALE! *** YOU CAN NOT have a FSBO or For Sale By Owner Sign if you have a Listing Agent.
Contracts, Addendums & Disclosures
We provide all necessary contracts, forms, disclosures, and addendums needed to sell or lease your property. Including site specific forms if applies. Our STATE and LOCAL Boards mandate that all sellers fill out SPDS or seller property disclosure statements and the MLS Profile sheets.
Open House Advertised
We will publish seller hosted open houses for you to sites like the MLS, Realtor and Zillow.
Abilty to Change
If you would like to change the description, price, photos or incentives, we will allow you the opportunity to change your listing. Anytime you have a "status change" from active to pending, etc, these are not considered changes and we will do all these changes within 1 business day.

Closing and Transfer
Upon successful offer and acceptance we will work with the title companies or closing agents to arrange your documents, review your financial HUD statements and ensure a smooth close of escrow and transfer of title. The HUD document is the most challenging document you will find at the closing table. We will have reivewed it and checked it for accuracy (making sure you get the right amount of money) and assist you with questions before closing.
Showings Services
Automated Showing service will allow buyer and agents to make appointments with you the seller directly and you can respond with a yes, no or propose another time. It's NOT available in the Tucson MLS.
Contract Admin
You will have access to our contrat admin who will keep you informed of inspections, scheduling and more.
Offer Review
Let the Broker review all of the contracts for you when an offer does come in. We have new contracts in Feb 2017 and we know what to look for and where agents and buyers will sneak extra fees into the offer, like HOA transfer fees, Home Warranty Fees, TItle fees and seller concessions. We will navigate these issues with you!
Broker Negotiations
Do you want to negotiate with the seller and their agent alone? Our broker has been working in sales now for 20 years and is a master of Negotiations. Put our expertise in your corner. We get our sellers more money and better terms!
Settlement Statement Review
Broker Will contact each agent for showing feedback and try and sell the property.
Comps
Comps-
We will send you detailed drilled down comp's or comparable properties that are currently on the market, pending and sold within the previous 6 months to help you determine where to price your property.
Video Upload
