Your Listing on the MLS for a flat fee looks the same as a listing with a 6% REALTOR®. We are REALTORS® and a BROKER. You can sell your property to someone not represented by an agent and NOT pay a buyer agent commission, however if an agent brings a buyer, that agent will need to be paid a commission. This gives you the best of both worlds in searching for a buyer for your property.

The Buyer's Agent will do most of the paperwork, and your Attorney should be involved to modify, check that it is complete, and approve it before you sign it.
