“I’ve worked with Eddie for 10 years, and he’s the best sounding board and agent you could have in your corner. Flat fee is the smartest way to keep your money in your pocket, and Eddie is the pioneer here in KC. He does everything a traditional agent does - except take 3% of your money. Seriously, call Eddie today if you are considering selling your home.”

“I made the best decision to hire Eddie Davis! Once I got the house ready to sell - Eddie provided my signs, lockbox, access to the call system for showings, documents and support! My house was on the market for 6 hours and I received an offer and within 24 hours I had an offer that was 10K over asking price and a quick close date! Perfect! And I saved 10K in realtor fees!! I couldnt have asked for a better outcome!!”
