You may cancel listing at anytime, for any reason, unless your home is under contract. 
The MLS does not allow us to cancel, if a property is under contract.

We provide all necessary contracts, forms, disclosures, and addendums needed to sell or lease your property.

DocuSign® Documents

All required state, brokerage, and property disclosures are delivered electronically through DocuSign’s secure e-signature platform. You can review, complete, sign, and securely return each document online. All required documents must be completed before your listing can be activated in the MLS.

Live in the MLS Within 24 Hours

Your listing will be activated within 24 hours after all required disclosures and listing agreements are completed, submitted, and approved. Documents completed by 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours. Documents completed on weekends will be processed on Monday or the next business day when Monday is a holiday.

Your listing goes on the MLS that you choose ( LBAR, GLAR, NKAR, or RASM)  If your MLS is not listed here please contact me.  I'm always looking to expland.

After you independently negotiate and accept an offer, upload the signed contract and change your listing status to Under Contract. At that time, the $699 fee becomes due, and our broker-supervised transaction coordinator begins tracking documents, deadlines, inspections, appraisal, title communication, MLS updates, and closing compliance. Offer negotiation, counteroffers, strategy, and legal advice are not included.
