Note: Due to the NAR rule change, the seller will no longer have the option to include an offer of compensation to the buyer agent within the listing agreement or on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Buyer agents will be required to have a signed contract with their client stipulating the cost of buyer agent representation. The buyer will have the option to direct their agent to request compensation from the seller upon submitting or negotiating an offer, however, the request cannot be more than the commission/fee in the buyer representation contract.
