Due to regulatory requirements from the state as well as your local MLS, SELLER agrees to have a compliance fee of 1/10th of 1% (0.1%) of the property sales price retained by BROKER at time of closing on any SOLD transactions. This fee is to facilitate compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements on the successful sale of your property.
All the services of our basic plan but enhanced with automatic buyer call forwarding, agent scheduling and electronic signatures.

Includes all of what is included in our Basic and Premium Plans, but then we add access to experienced, professional broker for pricing CMA's, showing follow-up and marketing suggestions, negotiation assistance including counter offers and net sheets, inspection and closing follow-up, and review of closing documents. All the service without all the cost! We charge an additional .85% of the sales price at closing.
This fee includes a compliance fee of 1/10th of 1% (0.1%) of the property sales price to meet all legal and regulatory requirements on your property sale impossed by the state and your local MLS.
