577. highly recommend Roger and Lowes Flat Fee Realty. My brother had sold his home with a flat fee Realty in the Portland area and suggested that we do the same. After doing a lot of research we decided that Lowes Flat Fee Realty was the best choice. We purchased the "Full Service Plan" and agreed to pay the buyer's agent 3%. Roger was always available and kept us immediately informed on everything. He is very knowledgeable and responds in a professional manner. We will definitely use Roger for any future needs. I would recommend Roger to anyone who is trying to sell their house on their own but would like to have it listed on MLS. Roger sends you the paperwork, you send it back along with pictures and you can have your place listed in a day. I listed my house in Pocatello with Roger after trying to sell for a month. After listing on MLS I had a buyer in a week. I saved over $4000 by using Roger. It was simple, easy and fast. I wish more agents would provide a service like this.

I used Rogers $500 flat fee listing for my home to list it on the MLS. It was a very smooth process but I would recommend using a upgraded package if your real estate experience is small. Roger is very responsive and thorough.

I think Roger has a lot of knowledge of the local real estate market. When listing my home for sale, he pulled all of the recently listed and sold homes in my area so I could get a feel for what my home was worth. He also factored in the location, the neighborhood, and any upgrades to my house that supported a certain price point. I appreciated him being honest and detailed about the listing price from the start, instead of inflating the price just to get the listing with no chance of the home selling. Roger also helped me negotiate with the buyer. As a seller, you sometimes want to accept the first offer in fear of the buyer walking. Roger was able to keep me focused on the value of the home, and in the end, I got a price I was wanting and needed. I would definitely use Roger and Lowes flat fee realty again.
