Flynn Realty of South Carolina is your listing Company and was founded with the notion that Sellers in the Columbia, S.C. real estate market needed alternatives that they were not being offered . At that time, almost all companies were offering a full service 7% commission model. We felt that Sellers deserved to have choices with varying levels of service and began offering pricing accordingly. Initially, we started out offering our listing services at a reduced commission rate. Sellers paid a lower commission percentage at closing. Over the years we have adapted our services based on the ever changing real estate market place. We speak differently because we think differently.  At Real Estate Advocates, we understand it’s your home and you should have a choice as to how you can buy or sell.
