We charge this fee to make sure that we properly close your listing out of the MLS on time so that Yager Realty does not receive any MLS violations from the associations. This has been a huge problem in the past where sellers fail to communicate and let Yager Realty know when they close escrow so we can update status in the MLS. (This is important and this fee will not be waived.)
This fee must be paid through escrow in one of two ways:
1. You can pay this fee out of the buyer agent commission. If you have 3% in the MLS we give you an invoice to have the $150 Admin Fee deducted from Buyer agent commission and paid to Yager Realty.
2. You can pay this fee out of your seller net proceeds through escrow, pay able to Yager Realty.
