SAVE $2,100.00)   $2,900.00 Paid Upfront  as the "Listing Fee" Term: Until SOLD or Cancelled.  Term: Up to 12 Months or Cancelled.  The Principal Broker shall: (a) Accept and present offers to seller, (b) Advise seller on offers, and (c) Assist seller with preparing and communicating counter-offers.  In addition to the Utah required services, the Seller’s Agent will: Participate on the seller's behalf in scheduling appointments, contract negotiations & contract documentation between Seller and Buyer or Seller and Buyer Broker/Agent.   (Includes: Professional Photos,  Framed Company Sign & Realtor Supra Key Box upon request if available in your chosen MLS area) 

- GOLD PLAN FULL SERVICE - $1500.00 Upfront as the "Listing Fee".  Term: Up to 12 Months or Cancelled.  In addition to the Utah required services noted in Limited Service, the Seller’s Agent will also: (d) Participate on the seller's behalf in scheduling appointments, contract negotiations & contract documentation between Seller and Buyer or Seller and Buyer Broker/Agent. (Company Sign is not required, but is included by mail upon request)
 

- SILVER PLAN LIMITED SERVICE - $650.00 Upfront as the "Listing Fee".  Term: Up to 12 Months or Cancelled. Utah required services: The Principal Broker shall: (a) Accept and present offers to seller, (b) Advise seller on offers, and (c) Assist seller with preparing and communicating counter-offers.   (Company Sign is not required, but is included by mail upon request)

Silver Plan Services.  After first 30 Days a Monthly Fee of $100 per month until listng canceled or Sold..   

BRONZE / LIMITED SERVICE - $150.00 Paid Upfront as the "Listing Fee" for 1st 30 days.  Monthly (30 day) extensions: $150 per month until Sold or Cancelled.  The Principal Broker shall: (a) Accept and present offers to seller, (b) Advise seller on offers, and (c) Assist seller with preparing and communicating counter-offers.  (Company Sign is not required, and may be included by mail upon request)

Real Estate Sign is available for a Fee.  $65 Mailed.   $175 Framed and Placed. 

A COMPANY Sign is not included and is not required, However, MLS policy states that the only sign on the subject property shall be that of the Company.  “FOR SALE BY OWNER” signs are NOT allowed on MLS listed properties.  

TRADITIONAL:  1.5% of Sales Price Due at Closing.   includes:  Framed Company Sign, Professional Photos,  & Realtor Supra Key Box upon request.

Key access may be limited to "Contact Agent" for permission to access box, "Schedule appointment" or to simply Use Keybox (Vacant Properties)
