Our “Full Service” Flat Fee MLS Listing Package is for the For Sale By Owner Home Sellers that want support throughout the whole home selling process from a professional REALTOR®, professional post sign and lockbox (upon request), max pictures, unlimited changes, Printable Color Flyer, Real Estate Disclosures, Success Kit, Featured Home and Facebook Posting, CMA (upon request), contract review of realtor presented offers, handling of counter offers, and yes, Relax - we handle the negotiations so you don't have to. We also review multiple offers and all the different variables with you to determine the best offer. In addition, you get the Showing Service, QR Code, Electronic Document Signing.


Here is what we include in our full service flat fee mls listing plan:

* Before you list, we will guide you through the flat fee listing process so you know what to expect.
* A CMA will be provided upon request.
* We will answer any questions and offer opinions during the entire process.
* When flat fee listing offers come in, we discuss the contract in detail, and offer advice and opinions.
* We handle negotiations and counter offers with the buyer’s agent.
* We will assist you in meeting the terms of the contract. (upon request)
* We provide closing cost estimate. 
* We review closing statement, called the ALTA Closing Statement (formerly called HUD1), from title company (upon request).
* And if a FSBO buyer comes to you directly, we prepare the FSBO offer and offer guidance to seller and buyer for a reduced fee for our Full Service Clients.
* Phone Support throughout the process.

* QR Code (guide buyers direct to you by them scanning the QR code on our sign or on your flyers)

Enchilada Plan (Sign and Lockbox)
 
Our "Enchilada Plan" is for those comfortable with handling reviewing the contracts and handling the negotiations

In Addition to what is included in the Supreme plan:
* We provide a market analysis (upon request).
* We provide a FSBO Listing on our website
* We provide a Lockbox and Sign Panel (upon request) small shipping fee is charged
* We provide a Facebook Posting and a Featured Home Posting..
* You handle all other aspects of the real estate sale, but we will answer general questions via email (not contract to closing related).


Supreme Plan

Our "Supreme Plan" is for those comfortable handling all aspects of the sale but only need a Flat Fee MLS Listing and FSBO home for sale marketing.
