Listing on the MLS for a flat fee is the exact same thing as listing with a 6% REALTOR®. You are just paying less money to get the exact same service. We are REALTORS® and a BROKER. Your listing looks exactly the same as all other listings. You can sell your property to someone not represented by an agent and NOT pay a buyer agent commission, however if an agent brings a buyer, that agent will need to be paid a commission. This is perfect for For Sale By Owners and all other property owners.
We normally have you listed within 1-2 business days after we receive the signed paperwork & photos.  Every MLS has different rules on timing to ensure you are added to the MLS on time.  Please talk with the broker to understand timelines.
We will ship a lockbox and sign will be shipped once all paperwork and payment has been made.
No, we utilize the app called ShowingTime that all agents utilize to request showings.  We will make sure to add the seller's contact information on the app so you receive the notifications on requests and you can confirm your own showings.
All contact will be directed to me the broker as you are listed with a brokerage company.
Agents will either deliver us a copy and we will forward to you.
My phone number will be on the sign as I'm the broker that is listing the property.
We started real estate in 1998. We have been doing flat fee real estate since 2000.
When clients listen to our suggestions, it is 100%. The key to selling a home is the list price. If you list your home too high, it will most likely not sell. We do this for a living every day and we know where you will maximize your money all in a fashion that will work best for you and your timeline.
Our normal business hours are 9-5 M-F and 9-12 noon on Saturday. However, we do check emails during non-business hours 7 days a week.

It is posted on the MLS for agents to see.  The going rate is between 2.4%-3% that needs to be offered to the buyer's agent that the sellers pay for.
Yes, you may cancel your listing at anytime, unless your home is under contract.
No, only a licensed REALTOR® who is member NAR (National Association of Realtors) and the local MLS board can list on the MLS. There is no other way.
No, you will owe a 0.5% at closing on the listing side and the buyer's agent commission rate (typically going rate is 3%).
Unless you take advantage of our one-time fee package of $1,295 all you would owe is the buyer agent fee.
The buyer's agent and settlement company do most of the paperwork, but we are here to ensure all listing paperwork and any other documents to follow are fully complete.
Many sellers do use this option. However, some have never heard of listing for a flat fee and some feel there is some catch or it is too good to be true. The more research you do, you will see this is the best way to sell a property. Some people may be misled by the traditional brokerage to think that they are getting more service with a 6 or 7% option. We have many happy clients who were smart enough to go this route.
Your MLS# is generated at the time we list your property on the MLS. Once listed we will email you a PDF of the listing and MLS number.
No, as your listing looks just like all other listings on the MLS. You are listed the exact same way as all other listings. How much money you pay us to list your property is not posted on the MLS and agents are not concerned with how much you paid us, they are only concerned with how much money they will make. In most markets, we recommend a 3% buyer commission and we save you the money on the listing side! No that is smart...
