Realcomp Flat Fee Listing — Southeast Michigan

If your property is in the Detroit metro or the rest of southeast Michigan, the MLS that local agents actually search is Realcomp. Flat Fee Group’s Michigan office lists those homes through Kermath Realty, a licensed Michigan broker and Realcomp participant.

You are not paying a 5–6% listing-side commission. You pay a posted flat fee. The listing still looks like any other Realcomp listing and still feeds Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Redfin, and the usual portals.

What Realcomp covers

Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Livingston, Genesee, and the other counties inside Realcomp. Typical cities: Detroit, Troy, Novi, Livonia, Rochester, Sterling Heights, Warren, Dearborn, Farmington Hills, Ann Arbor-area Realcomp inventory, and the surrounding suburbs.

What you get

  • A Realcomp listing entered by the Michigan broker (not a referral to some other firm)
  • Syndication to the big public sites
  • Your choice of limited-service or full-service flat-fee plans
  • Leads and showings handled the way your plan spells out

FAQ

Is Realcomp the right MLS for my suburb?
If you are in metro Detroit or the Realcomp county list, yes. We confirm the board before the listing is input.

Does a Flat Fee Group listing show up for local agents?
Yes. Agents search Realcomp. That is where the listing is filed.

Do I still offer something to a buyer’s agent?
That is separate from our flat fee and is negotiated. The MLS listing itself does not require a 6% listing commission to us.

How fast is it live?
After the Michigan office has the agreement, disclosures, photos, and data sheet, most listings go live within a business day.
